We create live shows that people remember.
Not forgettable corporate events. Not beige project management. Not another remote admin role where you move tasks from one column to another.
We produce and promote concerts, festivals, touring productions and special live events across the world, working across music, film, orchestral productions, electronic music, cultural moments and new live formats with some of the biggest artists and IP-holders in the world. Our work sits somewhere between concert promotion, theatre, cinema, nightlife, world-building and high-end live experience.
The audience sees the lights go down and the show start. Behind that is the machinery: venues, suppliers, schedules, technical details, dressing rooms, access, parking, power, curfews, crew calls, hospitality, security, ticketing, marketing, finance, settlement, show packs, risk registers, calls, emails, confirmations, follow-ups and handovers.
That is where this role lives.
We are looking for a Remote Events Operations Manager to become the operational control centre for our shows. You will help turn creative ambition into real-world execution. From the moment a show is confirmed, you will help own the coordination lane: chasing the right people, locking down the right details, building the right documents, flagging the right risks and making sure our on-site team can walk into the venue with a clear plan.
This is not a digital project management role. This is live events operations.
It is detailed, intense and sometimes chaotic. But it is also genuinely exciting work. You are helping create nights that matter… shows that may become the best night of someone’s year, or a memory they carry for life.
The audience sees the magic. We build the machine that makes it possible.
The Role
You will work remotely across email, documents, project management tools and calls to turn moving parts into clear plans.
Your job is to make sure nothing important is left vague, forgotten or assumed.
You will coordinate with venues, suppliers, internal team members and artist-side stakeholders where relevant. You will chase confirmations, track risks, build show documentation, and help prepare clean handovers for our on-site teams.
A huge part of this role is creating calm before the show happens.
By the time the on-site team receives the Show Pack, they should not be guessing. They should know who is doing what, when things are happening, what has been confirmed, what still needs attention, and where the risks are.
You are the person helping make that happen.
Who you are
You do not need to come from the live events industry. We are very open to strong operations, project management and coordination people from other sectors.
What matters is how your brain works.
You are someone who loves bringing order to moving parts. You like structure, clarity, systems, clean communication and proper follow-through. You notice when something has been left vague. You care about the difference between “probably fine” and “confirmed”. You enjoy building checklists, trackers, templates and workflows that make complicated things feel manageable.
You are calm under pressure, but not passive. You can chase people professionally without becoming annoying. You can be firm without creating friction. You understand that good operations is not just about being organised; it is about protecting the team, the show, the artist, the audience and the outcome.
You are also an active learner. Live events and the music industry both have steep learning curves, with terminology, nuance, stakeholder politics, technical detail, relationship sensitivity and time pressure. We will provide training, templates, previous examples, direct support and context, but you need to ask good questions, document what you learn and avoid making assumptions.
You might be highly competent operationally while temporarily beginner/junior in live events knowledge. That is completely fine. What matters is that you are humble enough to learn, sharp enough to spot risk, and disciplined enough to build understanding quickly.
You care about music, live shows, artists and audience experience. You want to work on something more exciting than standard corporate operations. You like the idea of helping build the machine behind nights that people remember.
What you will be doing
You will help coordinate show preparations from confirmation through to handover.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who loves bringing order to creative chaos. Someone who enjoys structure, clarity, detail and ownership. Someone who can sit in the middle of a lot of moving parts and quietly bring everything under control.
