Accounts Payable Accountant Full Time

Metric Bio are partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business in the Medical device space, in a search for an Accounts Payable Accountant for the EMEA region (German speaker).

We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant with German invoice experience, fluency in German, and solid SAP skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume German invoices (VAT compliant)
• Perform 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies
• Post invoices accurately in SAP
• Manage vendor queries (German & English)
• Support month-end close and audits
• Maintain vendor data and ensure compliance
• Partner with teams across EMEA

Requirements

• 1–3 years AP experience (German invoices)
• Fluent German and professional English
• SAP (FI/AP) experience
• Knowledge of German VAT
