Job Description

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support Director/Deputy Director within the National FCRM Directorate. You’ll play a vital role in supporting strategic delivery at the heart of our organisation.

The team
The FCRM directorate’s vision is for flood and coastal risk management is a nation that is ready for and resilient to flooding and coastal erosion – today, tomorrow, and all the way to 2100
You will be managed by the Executive Coordination Manager under the Director, whilst working directly with the Director/Deputy Director.
You’ll join a strong PA network and have opportunities for professional development.
Experience/skills Required
We’re looking for someone highly organised, digitally confident and a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll need to be adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
