We focus on nuanced, highly competitive hiring where success comes from proactive market mapping and engaging passive talent rather than relying on inbound applications.Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look LikeDesign and execute structured sourcing strategies including talent segmentation and market mapping to ensure at least 20% of hires come from proactive sourcing.Act as a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders, using market insight and data to influence hiring strategies and challenge assumptions.Drive data-driven delivery by tracking pipeline health and conversion rates to identify bottlenecks and refine your sourcing approach.Engage high-level passive talent through personalised outreach and storytelling, ensuring a premium candidate experience from first touch to offer.Maintain operational excellence and tool innovation, leveraging ATS tools (Ashby) and AI-driven sourcing technologies to enhance talent identification and efficiency.What You’ll Need to ThriveEssentialSignificant sourcing experience gained in-house, within executive search, or a high-performing agency environment.Proven track record of senior-level hiring, specifically partnering with Director and VP-level stakeholders to fill Associate to Senior Manager roles.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise credibly on talent availability, competitor landscapes, and compensation.Highly data-driven approach, with a demonstrated ability to use insights to improve pipeline performance and hiring outcomes.Advanced proficiency with modern sourcing tools, including experience using AI to improve efficiency and a strong understanding of the UK G&A talent market.Proven ability to navigate ambiguity effectively, taking ownership and using initiative to drive work forward and deliver results.Nice to HaveDirect experience using Ashby (ATS) or Workday.Experience working within a high-growth technology or marketplace environment.Why Join Us?At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.We’re Food Lovers, Problem Solvers, Community Builders And More, Brought Together By a Shared Drive To Make Things Better.
