Role Overview

We are hiring a Fundraising Officer to grow philanthropic revenue across major gifts, grants, and campaigns. The role combines relationship building with disciplined moves management — turning interest into committed support.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage a portfolio of donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship

– Identify and qualify new prospects through research and networking

– Write grant proposals, case statements, and donor communications

– Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and donor events

– Maintain accurate records in the donor CRM

– Partner with program teams on impact stories and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

– 3+ years in fundraising, development, or major gifts

– Strong written communication, including grant writing

– Hands-on with donor CRMs (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang)

– Track record of closing gifts and building donor relationships

– Comfort with prospect research and moves management

– CFRE certification is a plus
