Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days Only 08:00am – 20:00pm), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Fields.The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge as well as associated complex needs.We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.
