Job Purpose
As the Bill Production Analyst you will gain an understanding of all aspects of the document production processes which are business critical to Domestic Retail billing of customers.
United Utilities produces over 9m bills and letters to customers each year and the work you do will provide essential support to the Bill Production Controller who is responsible for the smooth running of this operation.
The role includes a variety of aspects to it such as dealing with suppliers, planning and implementing changes, responding to incidents and supporting resolution plans, document design and how this is controlled.
Document print services are provided by a third party supplier so the role will include working with them to ensure the services provided meet the required standards and resolving any issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis with their account manager.
