In this role, you’ll be a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for all incoming People inquiries. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee experience from day one, providing essential administrative and operational support that contributes to a positive and efficient workplace. You will ensure excellence and best practice on all day-to-day administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, flexible working, secondments, sabbaticals, cyclical processes such as promotions, annual career conversations and salary and bonus reviews.
