We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wheelie Bin Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Clean and disinfect domestic and commercial wheelie bins to company standards
• Operate wheelie bin cleaning equipment and machinary safely
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while on-site at client locations.
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
• Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks
• Report equipment faults, accidents or customer issues to management
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas.

Skills

• Proficient driving skills with a valid driving licence, enabling travel to various job sites.
• Strong command of English for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving wheelie bins.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good time keeping and reliability.
• Able to follow sat nav
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and liaising with clients and colleagues.
