Job Description & Person Specification >
Are you passionate about Torbay’s culture, events and heritage?
Do you wish to be part of the Culture & Events team and to support culture & event projects in Torbay to make the bay a better place to live, work and visit?
If so – we’d love you to join our team.
The Torbay area, also known as the English Riviera, is a truly remarkable place. Those who live here know how naturally inspiring it is; those who visit get just a glimpse of why this UNESCO Global Geopark is one of Earth’s extraordinary destinations. Torbay is one of the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Heritage Places, a programme of sustained investment into the bay to assist in the promotion and protection of our local heritage and culture and its connection with residents and visitors to Torbay.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Officer, who would like to enhance the Culture & Events team within the Torbay Heritage Place Programme.
What you’ll be doing:
If this sounds like you and you’re excited to play a key role within Culture & Events under the Torbay Heritage Place Programme, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch and help us shape something extraordinary.
The post is full time for 24 months and is fully funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund through the Torbay Heritage Place Programme.
This post meets the requirements of the Public Services Network (PSN) and therefore will require a Basic Criminal Record Check. This will show any unspent convictions and conditional cautions.
This position is for a fixed term of 24 months from the start date.
