You will help achieve the company’s goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.
As a Director, Program Management – EMEA & APAC, you will
- Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
- Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
- Support the development of client and department budget
- Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel’s objectives
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through expansion
About You
- Prior account management work experience in a travel management company, or very similar, with a deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC travel markets
- Experience implementing and managing large market/global accounts
- Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills in English
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis throughout both EMEA and APAC
- College degree and/or equivalent experience
