This role will be fully remote, with all the equipment provided for a home workstation, working part-time on a 4 on, 4 off night shift rotation (00:00-06:00). You’ll be taking enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, booking services for clients, and ensuring all updates and bookings are accurately recorded on our bespoke in-house system. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic, keen to grow within an expanding team in a business that values your voice.
