QHSE Advisor Full Time

We have an opportunity for a QHSE Advisor to join the Aberdeen based operational team of a leading energy services organisation.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance across service, maintenance, refurbishment, and onshore/offshore support activities. The day to day of the role will have a strong a strong emphasis on quality assurance and control, you’ll help ensure operations consistently meet internal standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

You’ll work closely with project teams, planners, workshop personnel, and inspectors, providing hands‑on Quality assurance and control support throughout delivery. This will include developing and maintaining inspection and test plans, supporting audits and third‑party inspections, managing non‑conformances, and driving corrective and preventive actions. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping embed right‑first‑time delivery and operational excellence.

As part of an integrated QHSE framework, you’ll provide proportionate HSE support, promoting a safety‑led, quality‑driven culture across the site. You’ll assist with reporting, investigations, and compliance activities, engaging with stakeholders to ensure procedures are understood and effectively applied in practice.

You’ll bring proven experience in a QHSE or quality‑focused advisory role within an operational, engineering, or energy‑related environment. A solid understanding of quality systems, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and confidence working alongside delivery teams are essential. Relevant vocational or technical qualifications are welcomed, with practical industry experience highly valued.
