🚀 Retail Sales Lead – New Business & Key Accounts
📍 Camden, London (in-office + regular travel)
💷 £65,000 – £75,000 + bonus

We’re looking for a commercially focused retail sales professional to win new listings and grow key UK retail accounts.

This is a hands-on, field-based sales role – you’ll be in the market, meeting buyers, and in-store supporting sell-through. This is not a desk-based partnerships or strategy role.

You’ll take ownership of both opening new doors and growing existing accounts, with clear responsibility for retail performance.

⚡ What you’ll be doing

New Business (Core focus)

• Identify, approach and secure new retail listings across grocery, pharmacy, department store and way of life channels
• Own the full sales cycle – from outreach and pitching through to ranging and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with retail buyers and key stakeholders

Account Growth & Execution

• Own a portfolio of UK retail accounts and support sell-through performance
• Secure premium shelf space, promotions and in-store visibility
• Work closely with buyers on ranging, pricing and commercial plans
• Monitor stock, replenishment and retail performance

In-Market Execution

• Spend time in-store and with accounts to support strong execution
• Partner with marketing on POS, activations and retail campaigns
• Share market insight, competitor activity and opportunities

• Revenue growth across key accounts
• Strong in-store execution and sell-through performance

👤 What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years in retail sales, national accounts or business development within FMCG / wellness / beauty / consumer
• Experience securing new business and developing retail accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and experience delivering against targets
• Comfortable working in the field, pitching and spending time in-store
• Existing relationships with UK retail buyers (a strong advantage)
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
