You will be responsible for managing the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, ensuring high retention rates while identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.In this role, you will build strong, long-term relationships with customers, proactively manage renewal processes, and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success.
