Digital Learning Solutions Consultant Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Digital Learning Solutions Consultant to lead the creation, delivery, and management of premium digital learning experiences at Aston Martin. This role is central to LMS ownership, digital content development, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to support our global Commercial and Aftersales training strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Own and administer the Kallidus LMS, including learner management, content deployment, reporting, and system optimisation.
• Create engaging digital learning content using tools such as Articulate and Synthesia, while managing third‑party suppliers to scale delivery.
• Plan and deliver learning projects to time, cost, and quality, maintaining a luxury brand standard.
• Produce insight-driven LMS and compliance reports and support wider Commercial Training initiatives as required.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing an LMS and developing digital learning content.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical capability, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital content authoring tools; experience with learning technologies, Adobe Creative Suite, AI-powered learning solutions, or BI tools is desirable.
• An interest in luxury automotive or ultra-luxury brands.
