Ascenturi is hiring a Remote Call Center Associate to support outbound communication and appointment-setting operations. You will handle a high volume of calls, engage with leads, and ensure a smooth scheduling process for insurance agents. This role is well-suited for candidates with call center, customer support, or telemarketing backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 350–450 outbound calls daily
• Follow structured scripts and call guidelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with leads
• Book appointments using internal scheduling systems
• Log call outcomes and update CRM accurately
• Meet call volume and performance targets
• Attend team meetings and coaching sessions

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills
