Job Title: Web Administrator (E-commerce)
Salary: £27,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Location: Atherstone, CV9 1JE (On-site)
Key Requirements (Essential)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in web administration or e-commerce management
- Strong technical skills in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven experience improving website performance, conversion rates, and user experience
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first optimisation
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA4) and A/B testing
- Knowledge of website security standards (PCI, GDPR, SSL)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage both technical fixes and long-term strategy

We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Web Administrator to take ownership of our B2B e-commerce platform. This is more than a maintenance role—this is an opportunity to lead a full digital transformation and shape the future of our online presence.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving the evolution of our B2B e-commerce platform into a seamless, high-performing, and customer-focused digital experience. You’ll take the lead on development, optimisation, and innovation, ensuring the platform delivers measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our B2B e-commerce platform
- Optimise the customer journey to improve conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value
- Implement modern technologies such as AI personalisation, PWA functionality, and advanced UX features
- Monitor and improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals and mobile-first usability
- Manage website security, ensuring compliance with PCI, GDPR, and SSL standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues, integrations, and backend performance
- Use data insights (GA4, A/B testing) to identify opportunities and implement improvements
- Ensure seamless integration with inventory and internal systems
