📍 Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire (Office-Based)

💷 Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum

At Park Direct UK Ltd, we’re growing our Customer Service and Quality Control team and are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our head office in Iver.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently

• Conducting image quality control reviews

• Managing permit applications and ensuring compliance with internal standards

• Maintaining accurate records and customer interactions

• Supporting administrative functions and internal communications

• Working closely with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years’ administration experience in a busy office environment

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

✅ Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

✅ Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Customer service or call centre environment

• Compliance-driven or regulated industries

• Sales support or lead generation

• Documentation review, permit management, or image assessment
