Heidi Klein is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Head Office team for a summer placement.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced internship offering exposure across the full marketing and customer experience mix, including Social Media, PR, Events, Content Creation, E-commerce, and Retail Support.

Working within a small, dynamic and collaborative team, you will gain invaluable insight into the day-to-day running of a luxury fashion brand. You will be trusted with real responsibility from the outset and involved in a wide range of projects requiring creativity, initiative, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Communications

• Assist with PR requests
• Coordinate product and sample send-outs to press and stylists
• Maintain PR tracking and sample management systems

Events

• Support planning and execution of brand events
• Assist with logistics, guest lists, and on-the-day coordination
• Help ensure a premium brand experience across all touchpoints

Photoshoots & Content Production

• Assist with shoot logistics including sample preparation
• Support coordination of studios, talent, and scheduling
• Help organise seasonal campaign assets

Social Media

• Contribute to content ideation and campaign planning
• Assist in creation and scheduling of social content
• Support development of engaging brand storytelling

Marketing & Creative Support

• Assist in creating marketing collateral including:
• Social assets
• Event invitations
• Brand presentations
• Internal training documents

E-commerce & Customer Experience

• Support live online customer chat, delivering a premium brand experience
• Assist with product queries, styling advice, and order support
• Gain insight into digital customer behaviour and conversion journeys

Retail / Shop Floor Support (occasional)

• Provide occasional in-store support when required
• Assist in delivering an elevated client experience
• Gain direct insight into customer behaviour and product feedback

Office Support

• Assist with general office and marketing operations
• Support ordering of supplies and day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• Available for a summer placement (full-time during internship period)
• Strong interest in fashion, luxury branding, and marketing
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Canva and social media platforms/tools desirable
• Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus
• Comfortable engaging with customers in both digital and retail environments
• Eager to learn and contribute across all areas of the business
• This is a paid internship
