We build careers, capabilities and a culture where everyone owns the outcome.The roleReporting to the Operations Director we are looking for a Quality and EHS Manager to build out the quality, compliance and health and safety framework for Apto’s Data centres across Europe.Design framework that will ensure all data centre operations meet industry regulations and customer requirements. Lead plan to obtain accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001,ISO22301, ISO 31000, ISO 50001,SOC 2Type 2, PCIDSS,Zero Waste to Landfill certification and other local regulatory requirements.Coordinate external audits and certification activities with third party assessors.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and accountability and deliver training programmes on quality standards, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into operational requirements.Collaborate with operations, engineering, security, and facilities teams to embed quality and compliance into daily workflows.Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a compliance perspective.Prepare Health and Safety plan and framework for all sites.Ensure vendor and contractor activities meet contractual and regulatory obligations.Conduct regular internal audits to verify adherence to operational procedures, SLAs, and best practices.Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and process standardisation across teams.What We OfferApto offers competitive salaries and bonuses alongside a full package of benefits that you’d expect.
