Contract type: PermanentLocation: LondonWorking style: Hybrid 50% home/office basedClosing date: 15th May 2026We currently have an exciting opportunity to bring onboard a Property Investment Committee Administrator to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) business on a permanent contract in London.The key purpose of this role is to provide Property Investment Committee (PIC) administration support and to ensure correct governance and due processes. You will collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and will undertake additional administrative and operational responsibilities as-and-when required.About The RoleKey focus of the role will be:Managing submission of PIC papers across the Property functionTracking and reporting on PIC activityMinuting PIC meetingsOwnership of PIC related controls and governance requirements.Additional responsibilities will include supporting the wider Property function through:Ad hoc secretarial, administration and operational support including, but not limited to:Purchase Order (PO) creation/uplifts and track POs/invoicesCounterparty due diligence supportEnsuring compliance with policies, procedures and governance across the Property team.About YouAttention to detail and process orientatedExcellent organisational skillsAbility to organise workload and work on own initiativeConfidence in dealing with senior stakeholdersGood knowledge of MS packages including word, PowerPoint and Excel and advanced knowledge of OutlookExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPrevious experience from a property or construction / development background is preferable.
