Payout: $160k – $300k/yr

Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a skilled Member of Technical Staff (AI Engineering) to join their team as a full-time employee. This role involves designing, building, and scaling next-generation systems that redefine how companies identify and engage talent. As a full-time member of the engineering team, you will work hands-on with AI models to deliver cutting-edge solutions at the center of the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop systems: design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure leveraging Python and AWS

• Advance multimodal AI: develop and integrate advanced LLMs and multimodal systems into core platforms

• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into reality

• Design and implement data pipelines: create efficient data processing systems to support AI model development

• Ensure system scalability and reliability: develop and implement solutions to ensure high availability and performance of AI systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Python programming language

• LLMs and multimodal AI systems

• AWS cloud infrastructure

• FastAPI and Langchain

• Experience with data engineering and pipeline performance systems

• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
