Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Director of People to join our team in a role that sits at the heart of how we support, develop and partner with the business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this person will own three core areas: business partnering, employee relations, and learning and development.This isn’t a broad generalist role — it’s for someone with a sharp commercial mind who genuinely enjoys rolling up their sleeves with leaders to solve real organisational challenges. Equally important is how this person shows up within the People team itself: as a collaborative, connected leader who works closely with colleagues across People Ops, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience to ensure the team operates as one cohesive function.A key part of this role is leading and nurturing a small business partnering team.
