We are seeking a dedicated Groundwork Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various groundwork tasks on-site, supporting the smooth progress of projects. Duties

• Assisting with excavation, trenching, and site preparation activities
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and waste
• Supporting the installation of groundwork elements such as Bollards, foundations, and utilities
• Operating basic tools and machinery under supervision
• Assisting with site safety measures and adhering to health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundwork or construction is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is essential
• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong team ethic and reliable attitude
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Valid UK driving licence is mandatory
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a busy environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £600.00-£1,000.00 per week
