Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Mortgage Specialist. The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for providing expertise in mortgage products, guiding clients through the lending process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with mortgage applications, evaluating financial information, marketing mortgage services, and maintaining a high level of customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Mortgages, Mortgage Lending, and Finance
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and promoting services to develop client relationships
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to navigate client interactions effectively
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze financial documents and ensure regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the financial or mortgage industry is advantageous
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
