The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Front-of-House Receptionist to be the face of the clinic. This position is suited to an individual who is accustomed to working within luxury environments and understands the expectations of a high-profile, private patient base.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient experience, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, concierge-style welcome to patients and visitors
• Manage complex appointment schedules with precision and discretion
• Handle all enquiries (telephone, email, in-person) with professionalism and efficiency
• Anticipate patient needs and ensure a seamless, high-touch experience throughout their visit
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all patient interactions and records
• Support private billing processes and patient account enquiries
• Coordinate closely with clinicians to ensure a smooth and unhurried patient journey
• Uphold the presentation and ambience of the clinic at the highest standard at all times

Skills & Experience

• Proven front-of-house experience within a luxury, private healthcare, or high-end hospitality environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
• Impeccable attention to detail and organisational ability
• Calm, composed, and highly professional under pressure
• Experience managing high expectations and sensitive situations with discretion
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Medical CRM (advantageous)
