We need someone who can turn complex, technical information into clean, engaging and on-brand design work.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker with a sharp eye, strong Adobe skills and a love of getting things just right – bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, detail-focused design.Role Purpose:Working as part of the Digital Team and reporting to the Design Manager, the Graphic Designer/ Creative Artworker will work across a variety of print and digital projects, transforming briefs into engaging visual solutions while ensuring all final artwork is technically flawless and on-brand.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Design and produce high-quality artwork for print and digital channels, including (but not limited to) digital media, print materials, packaging, and event collateralDevelop creative visual solutions in response to project briefsPrepare accurate, print-ready files in line with technical specificationsEnsure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines/visual identityAdapt and resize artwork across multiple formats, platforms, and campaignsManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting agreed deadlinesCollaborate/Liaise with internal teams and external suppliersMaintain organised file structures, asset libraries, and version controlContribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessionsAny other reasonable dutiesKnowledge, Qualifications & Skills:KnowledgeStrong understanding of print and digital design specifications and processesThorough understanding of typography, layout principles, and brand application.Understanding the fundamentals of responsive design principlesThorough pre-press and colour management knowledgeAwareness of brand management and maintaining visual consistencyKnowledge of packaging artwork requirementsQualificationsDegree, HND or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).3+ years relevant industry experience in a creative, design studio, marketing, or agency environmentSkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience working with visual identity and brand guidelinesStrong skills in layout design, typography, and image editingExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracyCreative problem-solving and ability to think conceptuallyStrong organisational and time management skills.Ability to prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork to technical specificationsGood communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamDesirable skillsExperience with packaging artworkExperience with Email Marketing Layout toolsExperience using project management tools
