The role involves supporting the management team in daily operations, analyzing business processes, and developing strategies for improvement. You will participate in training initiatives, collaborate with various departments, engage in direct client support and customer service, and contribute to achieving overall business goals. The program is designed as a stepping stone for leadership opportunities within the company.
