Your Impact
Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant is responsible for driving beauty sales by achieving sales targets, promoting the brand, and providing a personalized luxury service to customers. This role is crucial for maintaining Parfums Christian Dior’s image as a luxury brand and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including the Counter Manager and other retail staff.
Position
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Pro-actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Be an expert on makeup and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager.
- Pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to all clients.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues and ensure that there are sufficient levels.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile.
- Develop and utilise customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments)

Profile
Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
