Acting as a customer triage function, the role manages enquiries received through multiple channels, including field teams, email, web, phone and events, assesses and prioritises them based on customer needs and potential, and either resolves them directly or routes them to the appropriate internal teams or approved digital resources. By applying a structured triage framework, this role ensures customer demand is handled efficiently, enabling high‑touch support to be focused on priority accounts and ensuring a consistent, professional and compliant customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Intake & QualificationServe as the initial contact point for inbound customer enquiries across all channels.Conduct structured discovery discussions to understand:The customer’s service model and care offeringBusiness size, scale and growth potentialThe urgency, type and complexity of support requiredApply a defined triage and prioritisation framework to segment requests objectively.Initiate digital engagement journeys and provide input to brand teams on customer needs and interactions.Triage & RoutingAddress straightforward enquiries related to on‑label, clinical aspects of the product using approved materials.Route priority accounts and complex requests to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., brand teams, B2B specialists, medical information, MSLs, or digital‑only pathways).Direct non‑priority or repeatable enquiries to approved digital content and self‑service resources.Provide clear, concise handover notes to ensure efficient follow‑up by internal stakeholders.Customer Experience & GovernanceDeliver a professional, consistent and compliant customer experience across all touchpoints.Ensure all shared information aligns with the latest approved materials.Accurately document interactions, decisions and outcomes in relevant tracking tools or CRM systems.Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements and ethical standardsRequirements:Experience in a Pharmaceutical Sales representative role and obtained ABPI Certification (Advanced Professional Programme for Industry Personnel)Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks.Experience in a customer‑facing, triage, coordination, or operational role (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred).Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to conduct structured discovery conversations.Desired:Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas.Experience supporting brand or marketing activities in a regulated environment.Experience with promotional materials approval systems, such as Veeva PromoMatsIf this role isn’t suitable for you, please let us know if you can refer anyone – any recommendations are much appreciated!
