Be the trusted legal partner to our founders, clinical, commercial, and technology teams. Translate complex legal questions into clear, commercial decisions.Data & Privacy. Own our global approach to health data and genomic privacy. UK GDPR, international data transfers, and the frameworks that govern the most sensitive data a human has.Commercial. Draft, negotiate, and structure agreements with labs, clinics, scientific partners, technology vendors, and distribution partners across multiple jurisdictions.Regulatory. Partner with leadership on MHRA, CQC, and healthcare regulatory strategy as we launch and scale new services.AI & Technology. Shape how we responsibly deploy AI, software, and digital health tools in a regulated environment.IP & Corporate. Protect the science and the company. Support corporate governance, financings, and strategic transactions as we grow.Who you areQualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent, with an active practising certificate2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm or in-house teamExposure to health, life sciences, biotech, or technology lawStrong grounding in commercial contracts and data protection (UK GDPR, DPA 2018)Comfortable moving fast, making judgement calls, and operating without a playbookSharp commercial instincts and calm under pressureWhat will set you apartGenuine obsession with the science.
