Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Estimator.

The Junior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, assisting in bid preparation, and collaborating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date pricing information, evaluating project costs, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and analyzing project specifications
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field are preferred
• Familiarity with the construction industry and a passion for optimizing project outcomes
