Social Media Manager – Pink Honey (Office-Based)

The Role
We’re looking for someone who:
• Lives and breathes social media trends and Gen Z culture
• Knows how to grow and engage audiences in a meaningful way
• Can balance creativity with data-driven results
• Is highly organised and thrives managing multiple projects
Day to Day
• Develop and lead innovative social campaigns that drive engagement, community, and sales
• Own the full process: brainstorm → concept → production → posting
• Work closely with the founder and socials team to shape and strengthen Pink Honey’s online voice
• Align social activity with wider brand campaigns (email, website, launches)
• Analyse performance and continuously optimise for growth and impact
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years’ experience in social media management (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
• Proven success delivering high-performing content and campaigns
• Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation
• Excellent organisational skills to keep campaigns aligned and ahead of launch
• Confidence to take ownership as a lead social strategist while collaborating with a wider team

• Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM
