Alvie delivers digitally enabled prehab programmes to people across the UK. Prehab supports the care of patients before, during, and after their treatment. It is the practice of preparing for or recovering from an upcoming surgery or medical procedure by improving physical and emotional health. Programmes are tailored to the individual and involve physical activity, nutrition, lifestyle modifications and psychological support.
