With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they’re looking to add a skilled Installation Engineer to their team.If you take pride in a clean, compliant install and enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish, this could be a great opportunity for you.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for installing a range of fire and security systems, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations.You’ll work across different sites, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a team, always delivering a professional service to clients.What You’ll Be DoingInstalling intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control and fire detection systemsMaking sure all installations meet current standards and compliance requirementsWorking to project deadlines and specificationsProviding a professional handover and clear communication to clientsCompleting accurate installation documentationWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ experience in the fire and security industryProven experience installing intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire systemsRelevant qualifications or certifications (desirable)Strong communication and customer-facing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licenceWhat’s On OfferUp to 36,000 basic salary (OTE 42,000+)Clear progression opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentCompany pensionBirthday off every yearIncreasing holiday allowance with serviceCompany events and a supportive working environmentIf you’re looking for a stable role with long-term progression and a company that values quality workmanship, we’d be happy to discuss this opportunity with you.COMLP
