Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Customer Relation Officer, located in Gambir. As a team member, you will engage directly with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, offering support, handling feedback, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s reputation for client-first service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Retention and strategies to build long-term client relationships
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Customer Support and managing client inquiries effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
