Role Description

The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating event sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating event logistics within the hospitality sector. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with prospective clients, closing sales, developing event plans, and facilitating communication between customers and operational teams. The role also requires identifying new business opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to build lasting client relationships within events catering
• Experience in Event Management and Event Planning to execute successful hospitality events
• Proficiency in Sales strategies to secure and grow client accounts
