Role Description

This is a part time after school and week end teaching position on-site role for a Mathematics Tutor, located in Dartford. The Mathematics Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging tutoring sessions to students, providing support in mathematics topics, including algebra, and tailoring lesson plans to address individual learning needs. Responsibilities also include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment to support academic achievement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mathematics, including algebra, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Tutoring and Online Tutoring techniques
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Prior experience in education or classroom teaching is a plus
