Overview of the Team
The Customer Solutions EMEA team operates in a collaborative, high-performing environment across London, Paris, Madrid, and Frankfurt. Our primary responsibility is to work alongside the Sales team throughout the sales cycle — understanding customer requirements, designing technical and business solutions, delivering demonstrations and proof of concepts, and providing technical validation to support successful deal closure.
The EMEA Team operates with a flat structure consisting of a local manager in London and a Director in Frankfurt who manage and cover Sales Engineering tasks also.
The global responsibility lies with a Vice President who leads the three regions AMER, EMEA and APAC from the US headquarters in New Jersey.
Role Overview:
This is a technical pre-sales role based in London, responsible for providing solutions expertise and supporting clients across EMEA both directly and in collaboration with partners. The role requires regular face-to-face interaction with customers and the Sales team, with expected office attendance of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will typically be working in a pre-sale, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role within a systems integrator, managed services provider, telecommunications organization, or technology vendor.
They will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial awareness, combined with structured problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
The role is based in London and will require occasional international travel across the EMEA region.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of delivering impactful client presentations and technical engagements, capable of earning the respect of both global clients and internal stakeholders and performing effectively in high-pressure environments.

Some employees may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.
