We want you to grow, learn, and evolve with us.About The RoleAs Vice President – Corporate Accounts, you will lead and grow Node4’s strategic corporate private sector customer portfolio.This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving sustainable, profitable revenue growth through long-term customer partnerships. You will operate at executive level across our customer base, shaping multi-year account strategies, leading complex commercial engagements, and ensuring we consistently deliver against both customer and business objectives.You will also play a key leadership role internally, guiding and developing Account Directors, Account Managers and New Business teams to drive performance, accountability, and growth across the portfolio.Responsibilities Own and deliver revenue growth across assigned corporate accounts, including retention, renewals, and new bookings Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer outcomes and Node4’s growth objectives Build, maintain and deepen senior client relationships, acting as executive sponsor and escalation point where required Identify, shape and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Node4’s full services portfolio Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and large-scale deal structuring Drive high performance across Account Directors, Account Managers and New Business Developers through clear direction, coaching and performance management Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline management, and account governance across the portfolio Work closely with delivery, pre-sales and wider leadership teams to ensure customer commitments are met and exceededWhat will you bring?Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable account plansExecutive-level communication and influencing skills, with credibility at board levelDeep understanding of complex sales cycles, commercial models and contract negotiationsStrong leadership capability with experience driving performance across senior commercial teamsHighly customer-focused with a clear focus on outcomes and long-term value creationExperience:Significant experience in senior sales or account leadership roles within IT services, managed services, or technology consultingProven track record of managing and growing large corporate or enterprise accountsDemonstrable success in delivering sustainable revenue growth, customer retention and new business acquisitionExperience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments and navigating large-scale dealsPreferred Skills & QualificationsExperience working within a Microsoft-focused or partner-led services environmentExposure to multi-service portfolios including cloud, data, security, and managed servicesExperience operating within a private equity-backed or high-growth organisationStrong understanding of governance frameworks, account planning methodologies, and forecasting disciplinesWhy apply?At Node4, we believe in fostering a culture of growth and development for our employees, and we encourage all internal candidates to apply for job openings.
