Job Description:
Looking for a senior project manager who has 12 to 15 years of experience in transformation projects.
- Proven leadership skills in managing mixed teams to deliver transformation
- Defined service standards & guidelines, governance structure, best practices that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery
- Managed resource planning, SOW, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management and mentoring
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery of the program, meeting internal and external objectives: ü Estimation, risk, scope, time, resource, quality and change management ü Value-adds, continuous process and productivity improvement ü Effort estimation, project sprint planning and tracking in JIRA Tool
- Lead a complete portfolio of projects including budgeting, planning, vendor selection and execution
- Implement project plans within present budgets and deadlines
- Perform onsite and offsite tasks within a project, including the design, specification & integration of products/ services
- Manage third party relations including vendor assessment, relationship building, contract management, vendor negotiation and commercial assessment
- Front-led service operations including KPIs and SLA management
- Establish standards for various operational areas; implemented quality systems & procedures to facilitate a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs
