The post will include the scheduling of appointments ensuring that local and national waiting time targets are achieved and to deal with any enquiries, over the phone or face to face, in a courteous and professional manner.CT Appointment SchedulerThe main duties of the role involve scheduling appointments, communicating to patients and monitoring the waiting list.Communication skills, flexibility and reliability in order to contribute to the delivery of a first-class service to all users.The post will involve contacting patients and scheduling appointments, dealing any enquiries over the phone or face to face, in a courteous and professional manner.You will have excellent communication skills, a caring positive attitude.
