Role: Corporate Secretarial – Senior Associate
Location: Singapore
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate compliance and statutory filings
- Incorporate new companies, register foreign branches, and handle striking-off procedures
- Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions and AGM/EGM documents, and maintain statutory registers
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns and statutory documents
- Support listed company functions, including preparing meeting materials, drafting announcements, attending meetings, and minute-taking
- Provide additional corporate or ad-hoc administrative support as required
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in corporate secretarial work; experience with listed companies is an advantage
- Pursuing or holding ICSA/CSIS/CGI qualification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive working attitude, proactive, good team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to perform under pressure
