Corporate Secretary Full Time NEW

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate compliance and statutory filings
• Incorporate new companies, register foreign branches, and handle striking-off procedures
• Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions and AGM/EGM documents, and maintain statutory registers
• Ensure timely filing of annual returns and statutory documents
• Support listed company functions, including preparing meeting materials, drafting announcements, attending meetings, and minute-taking
• Provide additional corporate or ad-hoc administrative support as required

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in corporate secretarial work; experience with listed companies is an advantage
• Pursuing or holding ICSA/CSIS/CGI qualification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive working attitude, proactive, good team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to perform under pressure
