Accounts Payable & Treasury Manager Full Time NEW

The Accounts Payable (AP) & Treasury Manager leads the global AP operations and working capital management for the business, and serves as the finance business owner for the integrated AP & Treasury technology landscape. This position is also accountable for translating finance requirements into delivered solutions and leading end-to-end implementations, while maintaining controls, audit readiness and business continuity.

Core systems in scope include NetSuite as well as AP automation, T&E and treasury tools. The role directly manages an AP team and partners closely with Accounting, Project Finance, FP&A and IT Systems teams to ensure tools, workflows and process design meet Finance needs and scale globally.

Responsibilities:

• Own and report Group working capital; optimise cash positioning and escalate liquidity risks with clear actions
• Build cash forecasts, sensitivities and stress tests to support liquidity planning and debt covenant compliance
• Lead and develop AP and Treasury staff; set priorities and drive deadlines and quality
• Ensure accurate recording of commitments and spend, and that payments are released only with the right approvals.
• Partner with IT to troubleshoot and triage the core systems in scope.
• Own vendor set-up and master data quality, including preventative checks and remediation
• Partner with Controllership and the wider CFO organisation to deliver functional and Group goals
• Own day-to-day banking administration and key bank relationships
• Lead banking set-up and change, updating documentation, controls and system workflows
• Lead AP & Treasury audit support, including evidence provision and remediation of findings

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years accounts payable experience.
• Prior experience managing a global Accounts Payable team.
• Multi-country, multi-currency experience essential
• Prior involvement in the implementation of an automation tool (NetSuite, AP automation, travel and expense, etc.)
• NetSuite (ERP) experience preferred
• Strong desire to learn and own the treasury operations and AP & Treasury technology tools and responsibilities therein.
• Strong controls mindset; embeds controls into process and system changes and operates confidently in an audit-ready environment
• Influences and advises stakeholders at all levels
• Credible and confident communicator with senior stakeholders
