About The Role
This role provides high-quality administrative support across a broad range of Corporate Benefits services, with a focus on Workplace Pensions and Health & Benefits. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, scheme members, and providers, managing communications via telephone, email, and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner. The position involves preparing Workplace Pension scheme assessments, supporting the review and re-broking of group schemes, and assisting with new business activity. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play an important role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of services, helping to maintain strong client relationships and a high standard of customer care.
In addition, you will contribute to team projects by supporting their planning, coordination, and delivery, while helping to enhance overall service standards. Acting as a key point of contact for clients using payroll and enrolment services, you will provide a consistently high level of customer service, resolving queries efficiently. With a strong focus on organisation, you will effectively manage your own workload, communications, and priorities to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service delivery within a collaborative team environment.
About The You
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in the Employee Benefits sector, particularly in Workplace Pensions and Automatic Enrolment within a regulated environment. You bring hands-on knowledge of pension scheme administration, including assessments, contribution processing, and working closely with providers, alongside a broader understanding of employee benefits such as group risk protection and healthcare. Ideally, you hold R01 and R04, and you may be progressing toward or interested in completing a Diploma in Financial Planning.
You are confident in managing multiple priorities, taking ownership of your workload, and ensuring that all systems, documentation, and processes are accurate and up to date. Your attention to detail enables you to handle commission and client fee processing with precision and consistently meet key deadlines. You are comfortable supporting new business implementation, preparing meeting packs, coordinating diaries, and attending client or provider meetings when required.
A strong communicator, you build effective relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally. You take pride in delivering a high standard of service, are quick to identify and escalate issues where appropriate, and contribute positively to team objectives.
