Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site In-Store Merchandiser role located in the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area. The In-Store Merchandiser will ensure that visual merchandising standards are met by setting up displays, maintaining inventory presentation, and implementing seasonal and promotional changes. They will collaborate closely with store teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience and assist in maintaining an organized and inviting retail environment. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging displays, managing stock levels, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting staff training initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.
• Experience in retail sales and understanding of merchandising best practices to optimize store layouts and product displays.
• Excellent organization skills to manage inventory and ensure timely implementation of seasonal and promotional changes.
• Ability to train and guide team members in visual merchandising techniques and store standards.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for fashion will be considered strong assets.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines.
