We act as a long-term advisory partner, not a transactional supplier.About The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Provider Manager to oversee and develop the healthcare partners embedded within the Healix Health service.This role is central to ensuring our provider network delivers safe, effective, high-quality care while meeting agreed clinical, operational and commercial standards. You’ll work closely with internal clinical, proposition, commercial and customer teams, as well as a diverse range of healthcare partners including mental health, MSK, oncology, dermatology, preventative health and digital/virtual care providers.What You’ll Be DoingProvider & partner management: Manage day-to-day relationships with clinical pathway, digital health and virtual care partners Act as the main point of contact for partner queries, escalation and issue resolution Ensure partners deliver services in line with agreed contracts, KPIs and SLAs Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring contracts, governance frameworks and performance measures are in place before launchPerformance, Quality & Outcomes Monitor partner performance across clinical outcomes, utilisation, cost and access Track member experience metrics (e.g. NPS/CSAT), incidents and near misses Identify underperformance and support delivery of improvement action plans Support audits and ensure partners provide evidence of compliance Prepare clear performance dashboards and review packsCommercial & Financial Oversight Lead commercial negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions Assess value for money and manage activity trends, cost control and rebate opportunities Ensure contracts clearly reflect pathway requirements, governance responsibilities and data-sharing obligationsGovernance & Compliance Ensure partners comply with relevant regulatory and professional standards (including CQC, HCPC, GMC and NICE guidance) Maintain robust operational and clinical governance meeting structures with clear audit trails Ensure exit and contingency plans are in place and reviewed annuallyStakeholder Engagement & Proposition Development Act as a bridge between providers and Healix Health teams Maximise partnership value, including supporting marketing initiatives and key events Work with Proposition and Clinical Advisory teams to evolve and develop evidence-based clinical pathways Support pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives and scaling of high-value servicesAbout YouEssential experience & skills: Strong understanding of UK private healthcare delivery models and provider networks Experience managing healthcare providers and service contract performance Commercial acumen with confidence negotiating contracts and reviewing financial performance Data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, able to manage multiple partners and prioritiesDesirable Experience across MSK, mental health, oncology or chronic disease pathways Exposure to digital health technologies or virtual care models Background within a healthcare insurer, TPA, private provider or health tech organisationSkills NeededAbout The CompanyWe offer UK employee healthcare benefits, and travel, medical and security assistance in every corner of the globe.
