Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Project Assistant. The Project Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the project team, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, monitoring timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting in ensuring projects are completed efficiently. The role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and minute-taking during meetings
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic project management tools
• Familiarity with real estate project workflows or prior experience in project assistance roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
