About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our dynamic team at 83zero Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying modern ServiceNow solutions that cater to customer, technology, and employee experience platforms. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve overall user satisfaction across various business functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation and integration projects within a collaborative and innovative environment. The role is based in the UK with a hybrid working model requiring 2-3 days onsite, providing flexibility while maintaining close team collaboration.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow development and configuration, with proven experience in implementing enterprise-grade solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or related credentials will be advantageous. Candidates should have extensive experience with JavaScript, Angular, Glide API, and platform tools such as Flow Designer. Familiarity with Now Assist, GenAI, Workflow Data Fabric, and automation capabilities is highly desirable. Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and employee lifecycle workflows is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflow applications across various modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and employee onboarding workflows.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Angular, Glide API, and platform tools to meet business requirements.
• Implement automation features using Now Assist, GenAI, Workflow Data Fabric, and other platform capabilities to optimize processes and improve user engagement.
• Configure and customize Next Experience UI, ensuring intuitive and role-based interfaces using UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Create and deliver user-centric dashboards and journeys that facilitate seamless navigation and data visualization.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and utilize IntegrationHub for streamlined data exchange and process automation.
• Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency during platform upgrades and deployments.
• Collaborate with senior architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities and workflows.
